What we collect
When you send an enquiry, we collect the name, email address, organisation and message you provide. Our web analytics are cookieless and do not collect personal data or track you across sites. Our servers keep standard technical logs for security.
How your enquiry is handled
Incoming enquiries are read by an automated assistant that classifies them and drafts a reply. A member of our team reviews the message before any response is sent — nothing is sent to you purely automatically. We use this only to respond to you faster and more consistently.
Why, and on what basis
We process your information to respond to your enquiry and to keep a record of our correspondence — our legitimate interest in running the business. We do not sell your data, and we do not add you to any marketing list without your consent.
Where it lives
Correspondence is handled through Microsoft 365 and our own infrastructure. We keep it only as long as needed to help you and to meet our own record-keeping obligations.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you may ask us for a copy of your information, to correct it, or to erase it. To exercise any of these, or to ask a question about this notice, write to [email protected].
